St. Gregory’s College Lagos was established through the efforts of the Catholic Mission in 1928 and has developed into a unique institution sought after by discerning minds who seek to partake of its caliber of education premised on the philosophy of educating the whole person; the intellect, the character and the soul.

Throughout its long history, the college has enrolled and educated boys (and girls in Advanced Level classes during the 1970s) to embody these ideals.
